Lancaster, Pennsylvania's own International Hall of Famer Jerry Johnson is the founder of iUNGO World. As a 13-season Professional Basketball player, Coach Jerry Johnson brings years of experience and sports IQ to this innovative sports app. Jerry's heart and ability to lead teams are his greatest talents. It just takes one connection with Jerry to start changing the world. Currently Jerry is the Director of Athletics and Varsity basketball coach at La Academia Partnership Charter School.

Ll'Rae Robinson

Ll’Rae Robinson is a certified Sr Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) with global leadership experience across multiple industries. As an Organizational Development consultant, Ll’Rae brings a commitment to driving continuous improvement and growth aligned to strategic business objectives. He holds additional certifications in Business Process Management (CPBPM) and Change Management (Prosci Certified) that enhance his experience, capabilities, and impact. Ll’Rae operates with a focus on the people side of operations and promoting a value based organizational culture. As a leader in a global organization, Ll’Rae is accountable to thinking broadly, executing strategically, and delivering results with great consideration for diverse perspectives. He is principled in delivering on his promises while bringing innovative thinking, integrity, partnership, and pride to his performance and results. While growing his career as a corporate leader, Ll’Rae has always put his passion into action outside of work as well. He served as Vice President of Administration for the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) Philadelphia chapter board; he founded a non-profit organization focused on exposing small, minority business owners to successful corporate practices; and is a partner in a consulting firm that assists small and large companies with business development and human resource administration. Ll’Rae also sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Baltimore Urban League, demonstrating his commitment to equal opportunity in employment, education, health care, housing and the civic arena Throughout his journey Ll’Rae has been a mentor, coach, and model of purposeful self-development. A native Philadelphian, and proud product of an HBCU (The Lincoln University); Ll’Rae brings a deep rooted spirit of optimism and forward progression to all that he does, with dedication to being role model for his children, a rock for his family, and a respected contributor to his community and those he serves.

Julian Collazo

Operations Manager

Julian Collazo provides support for Iungo's planning process, new implementation, and relational management with key stakeholders. He has a background in project and operations management, finance, and entrepreneurship. Julian attended Lancaster Mennonite School (LMS), where he was an accomplished basketball player and holds the record as the men's leading scorer. During his time at LMS, he earned league MVP and was a 2x section champion and 3x section MVP. He continued his basketball career at Cairn University, scoring over 1,000 points and earning League Conference Rookie of the Year, Championship MVP, Scholar-Athlete, and Player of the Year. He was also named D3 All-American and D3 All-Region athlete. Julian holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in finance and a Master of Business Administration. In addition to working with Iungo, Julian is a licensed Certified Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual. In his role with Iungo, he is most excited about impacting the next generation by giving them opportunities while seeing the greater impact Iungo can have on connecting athletes worldwide.

Emmanuel Larety

International Operations Coordinator, Africa

Emmanuel is the development and skill coach for Ghana-Lebanon Islamic High School. He holds an executive Certificate in NGO management from the African Center for Capacity Builiding (AFCAB). As iUNGO World's International Operations Coordinator, Emmanuel is involved in the day-to-day operations in Africa. He manages projects, budgets, and is a community liason. Emmanuel founded the Basketball Academy in 2019. He inspires student athletes to pursue a college degree and actively builds infrastructures to create better opportunities for the youth.

SC Wharton

Chief Storyteller

SC Wharton is the Chief Storyteller for Iungo World. Sam was born in India, raised in California, and now lives in Lancaster Pennsylvania. As a lead learner, SC loves to explore new ways of helping others understand the world around them while making new connections. She earned her Masters in Technology and Innovation in 2021. Her experiences teaching 5th-12th grade for the last decade has driven her to find better methods to help at-risk youth know their worth through school and extracurricular activities. SC believes that knowledge is more than academic and for real, lasting change to happen, holistic understanding and healing needs to occur first. This has inspired her to write; bringing awareness to the power of restorative practices, social emotional learning, and resiliency theory. She is the cofounder of Resilient Journey Inc. As a freelance writer and professional educator, SC aspires to build resilient,sustainable communities and global connections thorugh stories.

Angel Sanchez

Lead Videographer and Photographer

Ángel is a multimedia artist based out of Philadelphia and Lancaster PA. After college, he spent his early career acting in small independent films in the greater Philadelphia area. After being named Coors light Philadelphia artist of the month in October ‘17, he decided to start directing. There, he directed music videos and concert videos for independent artists in the Philadelphia region. He did videos for rappers, singers, poets, and dancers. While directing videos for others and himself he amassed a large amount of knowledge through the people he worked with. His journey eventually took him to Puerto Rico where he created videos for Pia Love, Mic Urban, Beto Torrens, Tótin Agosto, and filmed interviews with Puerto Rican revolutionaries after they forced the Governor to resign. Ángel now resides in Lancaster, PA where he teaches photography in partnership with the Lancaster Conservatory.

Hassan Arafat

Hassan Arafat is originally from Bangladesh. He complted his undergrad and Masters in Computer Science and MBA in Finance. Most of his life, Hassan has worked as a Computer Science Professor and in Software Development. Now he is a faculty member of Thaddeus Stevens College and owns his own software company. He has been developing apps for various US companies.

Christopher Boyd, A former executive in the sustainability industry, brings 15+ years of corporate leadership to IUNGO World. His desire to connect individuals and businesses aligns with his role as Board President for Iungo and Sr. Vice President of Corporate Relations. Christopher is a native of Costa Rica, where his family has produced multiple professional athletes. Outside of Iungo World, Christopher currently serves as Board President for BCS. He also serves as a board President for Penn Manor Rec Basketball, Vice President for La Academia Charter School, Board Member for Habitat for Humanity and Lancaster Redevelopment, and founded The Anderson Lewis Project. When he has a free moment, Christopher enjoys playing basketball, photography, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Chelsey Clark

Chelsey is a former professional actor, singer & dancer from California, performing and living in New York City the last thirteen years. Her 23 year athletic career have fortunately lead her to meeting Jerry and the iUNGO team, with a handful of years in NYC hospitality marketing and event management in tow. Let's bring the world together and leave it better than how we found it.

Kyle P. Maguire

Legal Advisor

Kyle P. Maguire is a 2020 graduate of Widener Commonwealth Law School and joined the team in the early Fall of 2022. Kyle has served as an Insurance Defense Attorney and real estate attorney with the Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Rauch and Capstone Land Transfer. He is currently based in Austin, Texas acting as a real estate analyst for an energy transmission company. Kyle has been an active sports fan since birth. He was a Division II golfer and actively helped with the women’s basketball team while at UPJ. Outside of college, Kyle was active in the local golf and basketball community. He hopes to use his previous athletic and education experiences to help IUNGO World grow.
